How your brain rewires, in twenty seconds a day
I'm Shira Sarid. I write short, research-backed notes on neuroplasticity, perception and memory, and on what AI is teaching us about our own heads.
I'm not a neuroscientist. I read the studies, mostly from the last three years, and turn one finding at a time into something you can feel in under a minute: a Reel, a short story about a character called Alex, or a single tool worth saving.
I live in Israel, think in Hebrew, and publish in English. ECHO.11, the free sound sessions on this site, is where it started.

- Your eyes are not the first to know: the brain guesses before it sees
- Your exhale is a brake pedal: the cyclic-sigh study from Stanford
- 21 days to build a habit is a myth. The real number is closer to 66
- You stopped practicing an hour ago. Your brain didn't
- Every time she pressed close, her brain called it a win
The sessions behind ECHO.11 are free, no signup: 11 minutes, headphones on.
